Ryan White Part A Emergency Financial Assistance

Ryan White Part A Emergency Financial Assistance for People Living with HIV is a Federally-funded program to assist when there is an emergency need for food, utility termination notice, phone termination, or threat of eviction due to rental arrears. To address these issues, this program can provide grocery store cards, utility payments, phone bill payments, and rental arrears payments. In addition, the program can also provide payments for eye exams and eye glasses when there is no insurance coverage to meet these needs. This program requires paperwork to verify eligibility, and depends on available funding. Clients and/or their case managers can contact our office for further information.
